MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the top performing schools and performance summary of all schools in the June 2021 Pharmacist Board Licensure Examination (PhLE) 3-5 working days after the exams.
The PRC and the Board of Pharmacy headed by its OIC, Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, and its members, Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Ms. Adelina C. Royo conducted the exam in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Previous Pharmacists Top Schools
In the April 2019 and August 2019 Pharmacist licensure exams, Saint Louis University was the top performing school with 100% & 98.80% overall passing rate respectively. Cebu Doctors University placed second spot with 94.12% overall passing rate in April 2019.
In March 2019, University of the Philippines-Manila was the top performing school with 100% overall passing rate. Saint Louis University placed second spot with 97.22% overall passing rate in the same year.
Registration of Successful Examinees
The schedule of the online registration for the issuance of PRC ID and Certificate of Registration for passers of Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PhLE) will be announced on-line by the PRC. The successful examinees are advised to register in PRC official website and follow the instructions for online registration.
Those who successfully registered online are required to bring the following:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (downloadable)
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two pieces of passport-sized ID pictures (white background and with complete name tag)
- Two sets of documentary stamps
- One piece of short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
The Verification of Ratings (VoR) for June 2021 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PhLE) will be available online few days after the result has been posted.
The successful examinees need the following information as it is required to fill out the following field:
- Name of Exam (e.g., Pharmacist Exam)
- Examination date
- Application number
- First name and Surname
- Date of birth
Target Date of Release
As per previous releases of Pharmacist licensure exam results, the June 2021 PhLE results are expected to be out in 3-5 working days after the last day of exams. However, it may also be released earlier or later than the said dates without prior announcement(s).
