I’m afraid I have experienced the same thing. I took the exam at the University of Baguio, I am on seat number 4, but I was given Set A for the NP1. I was a first taker, little did I know that I should have the other set of exam because my seat number was even. After a few minutes, a PRC official came to double check the seat arrangements and the corresponding set of exams.

Unfortunately, our proctor was new, and she made a mistake in the distribution of the set of exams. They attempted to correct the mistake, however all of us have already answered the set handed out to us. 4 of us are affected. Two PRC officials came and assured us several times that it won’t affect the results of the examination. Our proctor received a little scolding. On the succeeding exams, we were handed out the correct set of exams. I received Set B for NP2 to NP5. The same PRC official assured us yet again on the second day that it won’t affect our results and that they have already filed a report regarding the incident that happened.

I sleep and wake up with anxiety every single day, this incident really took my confidence away. I hope this doesn’t really affect the results of my exam.

I think a lot had experienced the same problem during the exam. Mine was the room watcher’s copy was different from the masterlist. The person whom I think was their supervisor and someone from PRC I supposed spoke to me and to the other examinee. We were told that the rating will not be affected as long as you’ve shaded the correct set from what you’ve received during that day. This happened during the NP1 where I’ve received Set A when I was supposed to be answer Set B. It’s just that the copies given to the roo. watchers are arranged differently compared to the masterlist. It was reported anyway.
