Manila, Philippines – Neil Salvacion has confirmed the break up rumors with Miss Universe Philippine Rabiya Mateo via Instagram post on Friday.
To quote from Neil’s Instagram post,
Spreading rumors without even knowing the real story is just too much.
We don’t deserve all the negativities manifested towards us, esp towards rab, she worked hard to achieve whatever she has right now, and she deserves it all.
It’s never okay to degrade a person just to prove a point, I mean, if you have nothing good to say, it’s better to keep it within yourself.
The real thing is, we’re not together anymore, but we’re both okay, moving forward, we talked and we’re both happy with our own lives. We both believe that God placed us in this kind of situation for a reason, and that is for the better.
It doesn’t cost a cent to be kind guys.
Let’s spread kindness towards each otehr, may it be through thoughts, words or deeds.

Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo told in an interview with Boy Abunda that his boyfriend Neil was in a complicated situations saying that they will need to talk things out when she go back to the Philippines.
“It’s a complicated situation. We need to talk about things when I go back to the Philippines, but we’re friends. I still try to contact him”, Rabiya said.
Rabiya is currently in the USA and planning to go back to the Philippines by July 2021.
The issue was first fired up when Neil deleted all Rabiya’s photos with him on his official Instagram account.
Netizens noticed that Neil Salvacion Instagram has only 12 posts and none of them have shots with her long-time girlfriend.
The couple have been for 6 years in relationship. Likewise, Rabiya Mateo and Neil unfollow each other on Instagram.
Before this issue, Miss Universe Philippine Rabiya Mateo was spotted with Andre Brouillette, former PBB housemate amid the issue that Neil has broken up with Rabiya.
