Northeast Monsoon will continue to affect Luzon with varying results in different areas. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur will have “cloudy skies with rains,” bringing “possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.” While Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will only be experiencing “partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains,” bringing “no significant impact” on the land area.

Residents from Visayas, Palawan, and the rest of the Bicol Region should be prepared for “cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms” due to the LPA. Such weather conditions can bring “possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.”

Mindanao should also experience “partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms” due to localized thunderstorms. Residents from these areas should also remain alert for “possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.”
