The Northeast Monsoon will affect Northern and Central Luzon, posing varying effects on the areas. Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon will have “cloudy skies with rains,” so people here should watch out for “possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.” On the other hand, Ilocos Region, Abra, Benguet, and the rest of Central Luzon will have “partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains,” bringing “no significant impact” on the land areas.

Eastern Visayas and Caraga will experience “cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms” due to the trough of LPA. This weather condition may also bring “possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have “partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms” due to localized thunderstorms and troughs of LPA. Residents should also remain alert for “possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.”
