LPA’s presence and the Shear Line will cause “cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms” in the Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao. Residents in these areas should prepare in case of “possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.”

The Northeast Monsoon continues to affect several parts of Luzon, such as Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, and Oriental Mindoro, bringing “cloudy skies with rain.” With this weather condition, “possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains” may occur.

The Northeast Monsoon will also affect Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, bringing “partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains.” This weather condition is much lighter as it has “no significant impact” on the land area.
