Manila, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that the August 2021 Medical Technologists Licensure Examinations (MTLE) will be canceled pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 1396 (s. 2021) and has been moved to January 15 and 16, 2022.
To quote from PRC;
“The PRC requests the public’s utmost understanding and cooperation as it complies with the guidelines set forth by Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases as COVID-19 concerns continue to rise.”
The PRC and the Board of Medical Technology will administer the exams on the rescheduled date of January 15-16, 2022 at NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Pursuant to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) Resolution No. 130-A (s. 2021) and PRC Resolution No. 1396 (s. 2021), most of the exams that were recently scheduled in the August 2021 Licensure Exam in the NCR were postponed/canceled and rescheduled including Mining Engineering Licensure Exam (MELE), Veterinary Medicines Licensure Exams, Social Workers Licensure Exam (SWLE), and Licensure Exam for Mechanical Engineering (LEME).
