Quoting from the resolution,
with the continuous increase of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and imposition of the strict quarantine status, the Professional Regulatory Board of Environmental Planning (Board) received a letter from Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners, the APO for Environmental Planners, appealing to reschedule the EPLE in order to safeguard the health and wellness of the examinees
“taking into consideration the health and safety of all examinees, examination personnel, and the Board who all are senior citizens and one of them is a three-time cancer survivor and the difficulty in meeting administrative and logistical requirements in the preparation for EPLE, the Board proposes to postpone the July 2021 EPLE and reschedule the same to July 2022 anticipating for better circumstances by then,” PRC added.
EPLE is classified as a small-scale licensure examination, the profession’s stakeholders, such as Accredited Professional Organization (APO)/Accredited Integrated Professional Organization, Academe, and/or Sector may recommend its cancellation or postponement.
