TOP SCHOOLS: March 2023 LET Results, Teachers Board Exam, Performance of Schools

TEACHERS BOARD EXAM RESULT 2022 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the top-performing schools and performance summary of all schools in March 2023 LET Teachers Board Exam (Elementary & Secondary Levels) within 56 working days after the exams

PRC announces that 24,819 elementary teachers out of 60,896 examinees (40.76%) and 48,005 secondary teachers out of 102,272 examinees (46.94%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.

The licensure exams for Professional Teachers were administered by the Board of Professional Teachers headed by its Chairman, Glenda S. Arquiza, and its members, Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Vice Chairman Dr. Paz Lucido, and its members Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy.

The Board of Professional Teachers conducted the exams in Bacolod, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Catanduanes, Catarman, Cauayan, Cebu, Davao, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Jolo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Marinduque, Masbate, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Tawi-Tawi, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Previous LET – Elementary: Top Performing Schools

The Philippine Normal University-Manila was ranked first in October 2022 LET Board Exam-Elementary top-performing school with a 95.12% passing rate (78/82). The Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Mulanay came second with a 93.67% passing rate (74/79).

In June 2022 LET Board Exam Top-performing schools, none are qualified.

In March 2022 LET Secondary Top-performing School, Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Sta. Mesa Main ranked first with 81.25% or 65 out of 80 passed the exam.

In March 2022 LET Secondary Top-performing School, none is qualified.

In January 2022 LET Secondary Top-performing School, Cebu Norman University topped with 88.73%, or 63 out of 71 passed the exam. It was followed by the University of Mindanao – Tagum with 88.46% or 69 out of 78 passed the exam.

In September 2021 LET – Top-performing School Elementary level, Cebu Technological University-Main (for.CSCST) ranked first with 88.64% or 78 out of 88 examinees passed the exam.

In March 2019 LET – Top Performing Schools’ list (Elementary), the University of Southeastern Philippines – Tagum ranked first with 85.71% or 96 out of 112 examinees passed. Compostela Valley State College – Montevista Branch ranked second with 83.33% overall passing rate or 45 out of 54 examinees passed.

The University of Santo Tomas topped in September 2018 LET – Elementary with 86.78% or 105 out of 121 examinees passed. Meanwhile, West Visayas State University – La Paz comes second with an 85.02% rating or 244 out of 287 passed.

The University of the Philippines-Los Banos (90/90) and the University of the Philippines-Visayas Iloilo City (51/51), both ranked first in the October 2022 LET Board Exam Secondary, a Top-performing school with a 100% passing rate (90/90). The University of the Philippines-Diliman came second with 97.04% (131/134).

In the Secondary Level of LET Top-performing School, West Visayas State University-Lapaz topped for the Best School in LET exam with 91.55% or 65 out 71 examinees passed the exam. It was followed by Mindanao State University -Iligan Insititute of Tech with 88.98% or 105 out of 118 examinees passed the exam.

In March 2019 LET – Top Performing Schools’ list (Secondary), the University of the Philippines – Diliman ranked first with 90.77%, or 59 out of 65 examinees passed. University of Santo Tomas comes second with 86.67% passing rate, or 52 out of 60 exam passers.

During September 2018, University of the Philippines – Diliman ranked first with 94.19% or 81 out 86 examinees passed while Ateneo De Davao University comes second with 93.94% rating or 62 out of 66 passers.

Registration of Successful Examinees

The schedule of the online registration for the issuance of PRC ID and Certificate of Registration for passers of LET will be announced by the PRC. The successful examinees are advised to register on PRC’s official website and follow the instructions for online registration.

Those who successfully registered online are required to bring the following:

  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (downloadable)
  • Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
  • Two pieces of passport-sized ID pictures (white background and complete name tag)
  • Two sets of documentary stamps
  • One piece of the short brown envelope

Verification of Ratings

The Verification of Ratings (VoR) for March 2023 LET results will be available online a few days after the result has been posted.

The successful examinees need the following information as it is required to fill out the following field:

  • Name of Exam
  • Examination date
  • Application number
  • First name and Surname
  • Date of birth

Target Date of Release

As per previous releases of LET results and the target release date written in the PRC Resolution No. 1283 series of 2020, March 2023 LET results are expected to be out in 56 working days after the last day of exams. However, it may also be released earlier or later than the said dates without prior announcement(s).
