MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the top-performing schools and performance summary of all schools for the October 2021 Fisheries Technologist Licensure Examination in four (4) working days after the exams.
PRC announces that 211 out of 715 passed the Fisheries Technologist Licensure Examination.
The licensure exams for Fisheries Technologist are administered by PRC and the Board of Fisheries headed by its Chairman, Westly R. Rosario, and its member, Catalino R. Dela Cruz.
The PRC and the Board of Fisheries conducted the exams on October 6-7, 2021 in Manila/ National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Previous Fisheries Technologist Licensure Exam – Top performing Schools
In the Fisheries Technologist Licensure Exam held last October 2019, the University of the Philippines Visayas-Iloilo City ranked first with 96.33% or 105 out 109 examinees passed the licensure exam.
The University of the Philippines Visayas – Iloilo City was the topped performing school in October 2018 Fisheries Technologist Licensure Exam with 97.30% or 72 out of 74 examinees passed the exam.
The University of the Philippines Visayas – Iloilo City was the topped performing school in the October 2017 Fisheries Technologist Licensure Exam with 98.97% passing rate or 96 out of 97 examinees passed the exam.
Registration of Successful Examinees
The schedule of the online registration for the issuance of PRC ID and Certificate of Registration for passers of Fisheries Technologist Licensure Exam will be from November 5 to November 8, 2021. The successful examinees are advised to register on PRC official website and follow the instructions for online registration.
Those who successfully registered online are required to bring the following:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (downloadable)
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two pieces of passport-sized ID pictures (white background and with complete name tag)
- Two sets of documentary stamps
- One piece of short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
The Verification of Ratings (VoR) for the October 2021 Fisheries Technologist Licensure Exam will be available online a few days after the result has been posted.
The successful examinees need the following information as it is required to fill out the following field:
- Name of Exam
- Examination date
- Application number
- First name and Surname
- Date of birth
Target Date of Release
As per previous releases of Fisheries Technologist Licensure Examination results and the target release date written in the PRC Resolution No. 1283 series of 2020, the October 2021 Fisheries Technologist Licensure Examination results are expected to be out in four (4) working days after the last day of exams. However, it may also be released earlier or later than the said dates without prior announcement(s).
