MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the top-performing schools and performance summary of all schools for the September 2023 Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Licensure Examination in two (2) working days after the exams.
PRC announces that 615 out of 1,841 passed the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers Licensure Examination.
The licensure exams for Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering were administered by PRC and the Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering headed by its Chairman, Hon. Ariodear C. Rico, and its members, Engr. Marife L. Pesino and Engr. Rossani P. Manalastas.
The PRC and the Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering conducted the exams on September 14-15, 2023 in Manila/ National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legaspi, Koronadal, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination – Top Performing Schools
In the September 2022 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam Top-performing school, the University of the Philippines-Los Banos ranked first with a 100% passing rate (31/31). The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture-Pili came second with 90.00% passing rate (18/20).
The University of Philippines-Los Banos topped the Top-performing school in September 2021 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam with 93.94% (31/33).
In the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination held last October 2019, University of the Philippines – Los Banos ranked first with 100% or 48 examinees passed the licensure exam.
In the same exam, Central Luzon State University topped in the August 2018 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam with 80.46% or 70 out of 87 examinees passed the exam.
In the same exam, the University of the Philippines – Los Banos topped in the In the August 2017 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam with 98.33% passing rate or 59 out of 60 examinees passed the exam.
Registration of Successful Examinees
The schedule of the online registration for the issuance of PRC ID and Certificate of Registration for passers of the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination will be from October 25 to October 27, 2023. The successful examinees are advised to register on PRC’s official website and follow the instructions for online registration.
Those who successfully registered online are required to bring the following:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (downloadable)
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two pieces of passport-sized ID pictures (white background and complete name tag)
- Two sets of documentary stamps
- One piece of the short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
The Verification of Ratings (VoR) for the September 2023 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination will be available online a few days after the result has been posted.
The successful examinees need the following information as it is required to fill out the following field:
- Name of Exam
- Examination date
- Application number
- First name and Surname
- Date of birth
Target Date of Release
As per previous releases of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination results and the target release date written in the PRC Resolution No. 1283 series of 2020, the September 2023 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination results are expected to be out in two (2) working days after the last day of exams. However, it may also be released earlier or later than the said dates without prior announcement(s).
