MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the complete list of top 10 examinees /topnotchers for the September 2023 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination in two (2) working days after the exams.
PRC announces that 615 out of 1,841 passed the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers Licensure Examination.
The licensure exams for Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering were administered by PRC and the Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering headed by its Chairman, Hon. Ariodear C. Rico, and its members, Engr. Marife L. Pesino and Engr. Rossani P. Manalastas.
The PRC and the Board of Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering conducted the exams on September 14-15, 2023 in Manila/ National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legaspi, Koronada,l and Tuguegarao.

Previous Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Topnotchers
In the September 2022 Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Licensure exam, Fernando Asma Paralejas Jr. of Mindoro State University (for Minscat-Victoria) ranked first with 86.32%. It was followed by Dexter Jando Madjos of Central Mindanao University with 86.01%.
Juven Genovia Luzorata of the University of Southeastern Philippines-Tagum ranked first in September 2021 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Board Exam with 83.02%. It was followed by Jan Gabriel Urriza Bernardo of the Laguna State Polytechnic University-Siniloan with 82.65%.
In the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure exam held last October 2019, Paul Agustin Dejarlo Galanida from the University of Southeastern Philippines – Tagum ranked first with 82.62% passing rate. Following in the second spot who garnered 82.31% in the same exam is Estanislao Cuachin Alim IV of the Bicol University – Guinobatan.
John Carlo Llamoso Navasero from the University of the Philippines – Los Baños topped in the August 2018 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam with 84.96%. Ginalyn Robel Marzan Brazil from the same school ranked second with an average of 84.63%
Christian Jake Espiritu Villamar from Central Luzon State University topped in August 2017 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam with 84.30%. Rod Cadalig Dumanog from Benguet State University (BSU) – La Trinidadcame second with 82.98%
Registration of Successful Examinees
The schedule of the online registration for the issuance of PRC ID and Certificate of Registration for passers of the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination will be from October 25 to October 27, 2023. The successful examinees are advised to register on PRC’s official website and follow the instructions for online registration.
Those who successfully registered online are required to bring the following:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (downloadable)
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two pieces of passport-sized ID pictures (white background and complete name tag)
- Two sets of documentary stamps
- One piece of the short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
The Verification of Ratings (VoR) for the September 2023 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination will be available online a few days after the result has been posted.
The successful examinees need the following information as it is required to fill out the following field:
- Name of Exam
- Examination date
- Application number
- First name and Surname
- Date of birth
Target Date of Release
As per previous releases of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination results and the target release date written in the PRC Resolution No. 1283 series of 2020, the September 2023 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination results are expected to be out in two (2) working days after the last day of exams. However, it may also be released earlier or later than the said dates without prior announcement(s).
