TOPNOTCHERS: LET Results, Teachers Board Exam (Secondary) March 2023

TEACHERS BOARD EXAM RESULT 2022 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the complete list of the top 10 examinees /topnotchers in March 2023 LET Teachers Board Exam – Secondary Level in 42 working days after the exams.

PRC announces that 24,819 elementary teachers out of 60,896 examinees (40.76%) and 48,005 secondary teachers out of 102,272 examinees (46.94%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.

The licensure exams for Professional Teachers were administered by the Board of Professional Teachers headed by its Chairman, Glenda S. Arquiza, and its members, Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Vice Chairman Dr. Paz Lucido, and its members Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy.

The Board of Professional Teachers conducted the exams in Bacolod, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Catanduanes, Catarman, Cauayan, Cebu, Davao, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Jolo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Marinduque, Masbate, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Tawi-Tawi, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Previous LET Topnotchers – Secondary

In October 2022 LET Board Exam-Secondary Level, Jessiree Flores Pantilgan of the University of Mindanao-Panabo ranked first with a 94.60% rating. Eunice Tan Conteras of the University of Asia & The Pacific-Pasig came second with 94.00%

Marvin Cabel Nillas of Compostela Valley State College-Montevista Branch ranked first in June 2022 LET Board Exam-Secondary with 94.00%. It was followed by Marjorie Palconit Noquera of Leyte Normal University with 93.60%.

In March 2022 LET Secondary, Kim Paulino Ravida of the University of Southeastern Philippines – Davao City ranked first with 93.60%. It was followed by Ma. Angela Beatrice Chongco Mateo of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela with 92.60%.

In January LET Secondary, Lanvin Sean Bautista Delos Santos of the National Teacher’s College topped the exam with 92.80%. Aiby Abao Abala of the University of Mindanao – Davao City, Vince William Almario Cabotaje of the University of Caloocan City and Diane Asanza David of the Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel all tied up in second ranked with 92.60%.

In September 2021 LET, Vincent Casona Bayawa of Cebu Normal University (Cebu State College) and Roslyn Vea Domingo Damasco of the University of the Philippines-Diliman topped the licensure exam with both 93.40% ratings. Czendra Faye Mundoc Compares of Cagayan State Univesity-Andrews Campus and Cherish Ivy Paiso Fabricante of University of the Philippines-Baguio both ranked second with 93.20% rating.

In the LET – Secondary held last March 2019, Honey Gracielle Decosto Baclayo from the University of Mindanao – Davao City ranked first with 93.40%. Joseph Pre Enero from the University of Mindanao – Davao City ranked second with 92.80%.

Francis Dave Perez Cabanting from the University of Southeastern Philippines – Davao City and Samuel John Estenor Parreno from the University of Mindanao – Digos College topped in September 2018 LET – Secondary with 92.80%. Melyn Joy Catubig Canomay from the University of Mindanao – Digos College and Ashley Coleen Sanchez Ortiz from the University of Southern Mindanao – Kabacan both ranked second with 92.60%.

Meanwhile, Kier Araula Baugbog from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela ranked first in the March 2018 LET – Secondary with 92.40%. Arvin Sune Marasigan from the University of the Philippines – Manila ranked second with 92.20%.

Registration of Successful Examinees

The schedule of the online registration for the issuance of PRC ID and Certificate of Registration for passers of LET will be announced by the PRC. The successful examinees are advised to register on PRC’s official website and follow the instructions for online registration.

Those who successfully registered online are required to bring the following:

  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (downloadable)
  • Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
  • Two pieces of passport-sized ID pictures (white background and complete name tag)
  • Two sets of documentary stamps
  • One piece of the short brown envelope

Verification of Ratings

The Verification of Ratings (VoR) for October 2022 LET results will be available online a few days after the result has been posted.

The successful examinees need the following information as it is required to fill out the following field:

  • Name of Exam
  • Examination date
  • Application number
  • First name and Surname
  • Date of birth

Target Date of Release

As per previous releases of LET results and the target release date written in the PRC Resolution No. 1283 series of 2020, October 2022 LET results are expected to be out in 56 working days after the last day of exams. However, it may also be released earlier or later than the said dates without prior announcement(s).
